Shipping & Returns
We offer –
- Standard delivery within Australia via Australia Post: Small parcels cost have a flat rate of $9; medium parcels (500g-3kg) $14; large parcels (3kg-5kg) $17; more than this has a flat rate of $20;
- Standard International delivery to New Zealand and United States via Australia Post: prices based on package weight and country.
Please note –
- All prices are shown in Australian dollars.
- Orders are unable to be delivered to PO Boxes. Please bare this in mind when supplying your shipping address.
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed timeframes.
- International Deliveries are provided to New Zealand and United States only. International shipping and customs fees may apply. All other International Deliveries are not available at this time (however we will consider enquiries if you email us at email@example.com)
All orders are shipped within 24-48 business hours and customers will be notified when their order is dispatched, if an email address has been provided.
Please be advised that there may be a delay of 1-2 business days during extremely busy periods, such as sale times.
RETURNS & RETURN POLICY
If you want to return an item, please let us know via email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days of receiving your Lagom Studio online store order, providing your reasons and/or exchange requirements.
- All items must be returned unworn, unwashed, with tags attached & in original condition, suitable for re-sale.
- All items must be returned with proof of purchase from the Lagom Studio online store.
- All items must be returned in a secure and waterproof courier bag.
- All returns must be received by Lagom Studio within 30 days of delivery.
- We recommend using a tracked service as Lagom Studio cannot take responsibility for lost packages. Until your return is received by Lagom Studio, it is your responsibility.
- All items will be inspected upon return. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
- We are unable to exchange/refund used, laundered or customer damaged goods.
- The cost of delivery for returns is not refundable.
- A further delivery charge will be required for sending out all exchanges.
ON FULL PRICED ITEMS
We will happily offer you the option to exchange items that do not fit correctly and swap them for the right size if available, a credit note (valid for 3 months) or refund (through your original payment method).
Sale Items, Promo Code Offers And Discounted Items
We will happily offer you the option to exchange items that do not fit correctly and swap them for the right size if available or an online credit note of value equal to the price of the returned item (valid for 3 months).
No refunds on sale items or purchases made with a promo code.
